one of the biggest purchases that goes along with your wedding day.. is the wedding dress. THE dress you say 'i do' in, to the man you love, the dress that puts you into princess shoes for the day, the dress that makes you feel so good in it. well sometimes this amazing special dress becomes a dress in a box, or a closet, or maybe it gets sold or consigned. i think these dresses need to be made special again. and i love the memories that you feel and i hear when you put it on again. hollys friend shawna marshall was visiting the island for a stella & dot party just this past week, shawna is also just finishing her schooling at blanche macdonald in the freelance makeup program. we decided together to do some bridal portraits to showcase shawnas makeup talent and i got to have some fun with holly too ! holly has been reaching her goals with a new lifestyle change, and is looking more amazing then ever and we needed to show it ! a couple months ago, holly wouldn't have been able to squeeze into her wedding dress again. so proud of you beautiful girl !

kristen b, a little smaller then six foot three. this girl sure has limbs that go for miles, but nothing short of a fun, outgoing personality. kristen was married to kelsey in summer 2012, and she couldn't put her dress away just yet. can you tell if shes cold ? she rocked a chilly february day !
